VillasDeRosa is located 65 miles south of the Cancun airport, on the private bay of Aventuras Akumal. VillasDeRosa offers this one bedroom beach front condo with satellite TV, CD players, purified water, daily maid services, private bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning. This condo enjoys a private balcony, spacious living area with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Local or international meals can be catered to your dining room or enjoyed at our roof top bar or pool side café. Our beach bar is conveniently open all day. The swimming pool has both a shallow and a deep end for all guests to enjoy. Aquatech, our on-site PADI dive center, is available for reef diving, cenote diving and dive training. Aquatech is a pioneer in cave, cavern and cenote diving since 1984. Snorkeling is excellent just steps from your condo and deep sea fishing, sea kayaks and snorkeling gear are all available. VillasDeRosa provides private airport transfers and a great service, so you can enjoy your very own Caribbean Holiday. |

We stayed for a week and the place was perfect for us. The view was amazing from our 3rd floor balcony the Staff is excellent and the food from the restaurant is amazing combined with the roof top bar with excellent views as well. Easy to get to all the optional things to do in the area Don and Linda
Beautiful! Condo was absolutely spacious and fantastic view. The staff was excellent, friendly, polite and service excellent. The food was great and obvious prepared with much care. Beach was beautiful and well maintained. This small resort was what we were looking for and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Tony, Jr. and everyone. Amazing! We just returned from 4 nights there and wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great....the property, location, the beach and especially the staff. From Noel at the front desk, Jackson and Carlos at the bar, and the amazing housekeepers. They were all great. The girls kept the rooms immaculate. We loved the quietness of the place...especially compared to the bigger all inclusive hotels on Akumal Bay, which were total chaos. If you are looking for a loud party atmosphere, this is not the place for you.
