Beautiful yellow & white spacious town home of 1600 sq. ft, with two stories of patio, balcony, well-stocked kitchen. All bills paid. Wi-fi, streaming televisions for movies, games, etc. Beach is only a short walk/drive away with free parking!!
Sleeps 10. Fully-stocked kitchen, new gas grill on the patio! Picnic table seats 6, seat another 4 at the round outdoor table. Large garage with beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach canopy for shade! Garage for all your gear! Water view from balcony! Community pool for swimming after your beach outing.This beautiful Beach House provides many options for
several families to have private areas at once, for total relaxation or just a Family Get-away!
The loft provides a full-sized, fold-out futon, and we provide 2 twin-sized beds, plus a dark teal-blue leather hide-a-bed, with matching loveseat downstairs, which sleeps another two adults, or a group of young kids in front of the tv!
And, Schlitterbahn Water Park will be open May 26th, down the street about a mile from our house.
Watch the sunset on the upstairs balcony--or take a few of the kids to the pool--lovely, large, and blue!
Disabled, elderly parents can sleep in the LR hide-a-bed! It's new, & comfy. Half bath downstairs. Two full bathtubs with tubs and showers! There are also showers at the beach. Downstairs toilet is set up with a high-rise for those with hip issues. Showers and bathtubs, however, are upstairs in two separate, full bathrooms.
The whole upstairs area was re-carpeted a year ago, with stain-resistant, beige carpeting, soft and comfy for your feet!
This home on North Padre Island has all the conveniences of beach living. Ten minutes from the City of Corpus Christ, and twenty minutes from Port Aransas--and five minutes from the best fishing sites around! And, you should see the huge fish these guys are nabbing!! Trout, Red Snapper, Grouper, Drum. Most local restaurants will cook the fish you catch for you.
Terms are usually 50% down, if the vacation falls more than 30 days away; then 50% payment 30 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of move-in receives a 50% refund; any Cancellation within 60 days receives full refund.
Housekeeper Fee of $125.00 will be added onto the rental cost, in addition to State and City Taxes. Costs can be split into two payments, one due immediately, and the second due within thirty days' of arrival. HEB grocery store about fifteen minutes away, just over the bridge. Wine and beer may be purchased at liquor stores close to our Beach House, or at CVS or Stripes stores. Buy your Beach Pass for parking for $12.00 per family, or park in the free parking lot at Michael Ellis Beach, on Windward Dr, and pack your car with coolers, canopy, beach towels, etc.

Payment Policies
I offer Early Bird Specials, of 20% off Vacation Rentals, periodically, and will also give discounts of 1 night free if they rent 6 nights. Only one Special applies at a time; these have expiration dates attached to them. Early Bird Rates always expire the end of April. Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m., which has to be strictly adhered to unless Guest has prior permission to stay late. Housekeepers are generally scheduled by 10:00 am to take inventory and start cleaning. Late fee after one hour is $50.00 per hour; after 2:00 p.m. Guests are charged the next day's rent. No smoking on site. Smoking, however, can be done outside at the pool, on the balcony, and on our patio. Pleae be considerate of others, and pick up your butts! :) Diapered babies may not use pool; please be considerate, and bundle up your trash and baby. diapers into your trash can for #803. Do not leave trash in your garage; trash container can be found by the side of building #8. Take your trash out nightly to avoid bugs.If you are having ant problems, alert homeowner, and she will pick up products to help. Keeping the unit free of trash, and clean will help deter bugs and cock roaches. Your beach house has enough sleeping quarters for up to 10 people; extra people will be billed, as TX State Real Estate laws limit the number of adults sleeping in each bedroom. Please ask owner, if you have additional needs, such as disabilities, or need baby gates, etc. There is a high chair, stroller, and walker, provided for babies. We also provide 6 folding beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach canopy for shade, and numerous beach toys and inflatables. We just ask that, if you use them please hose off these items, before leaving for home. This adds extra time for housekeeper, and will result in charges to your charge cards, as a penalty, of $50.00. I also provide 10 beach towels--please wash and dry them, before leaving, and load your dishes into the kitchen dishwasher. Pool is open until 10:00 p.m. Damage from pets is charged to your credit card. Please do not bring in pets without permission. We provide, also, an outdoor gas grill for grilling. Please clean after use. Thank you for using our Beach House--we are happy that you are making memories for your families! Have fun! Thanks for spending so much time with me. I have had a very busy month, and you were very helpful to fill me in on everything! My husband is disabled, requires a lot of care and Doctors' appointments. Hopefully--this will lighten my load a little with the Beach House Rentals this spring and summer. |

A last minute change in plans had me scrambling to find a new house to rent. I found Bev's place. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The property was well stocked, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. Bev was awesome as well. Super responsive to my questions and super friendly! The home was very clean and spacious. It has an outdoor grill and fresh beach towels. There’s even a small toy chest for children. The pool is just a small walk out your front door, and the beach is about a block away. In the garage they have all sorts of beach equipment for the young and young at heart. Heb is less than 15 minutes away and there is a German Bakery we loved about five minutes from the house.

Very clean, well maintained property. Both the upstairs balcony and back porch allowed for some enjoyable time to sit back and relax. Cooking at the place was very conviniwnt due to the selection of dishes as well as the nice gas grill out back. Best of all it was only a short walk to the beach!
We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and very relaxing. Our family really enjoyed our time there.
We had such a wonderful time at Corpus Christi and Bev's home was the perfect location, set-up and had the perfect amenities. We were here with our two daughter and their families (8 people) and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were life vests for the kids as well as a LOT of beach toys. We brought some but really did not have to. Everything you need for beach visits from a canopy to chairs to towels to toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals including the grill on the back patio. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Parking for three vehicles. This home is just as it looks in the pictures ... well maintained, clean and very spacious. Bev was the perfect hostess ... checking on us the days before we arrived and answering our questions as we arrived. She told us where to get groceries before we got to the island (and, boy, was she correct as we forgot butter and bought it on the island the first morning ... don't forget the butter! Ouch on the pocketbook!) She is very accommodating and is so full of information on where to go and what to do ... and all the brochures of the island and surroundings that were in the living room was most helpful. All around perfect! (Except the mosquitos but that was not Bev's fault). Thank you Bev for sharing your home with us!
We had THE BEST TIME EVER in Bev's home. It was so thoughtfully laid out and decorated, and it was even nicer in real life than the pictures on the web site. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linen's were fresh, the place was very clean; it easily exceeded all our expectations. The house was perfect!!! Gorgeous place.. had everything you needed!! The extras in the garage were perfect for the beach. Would recommend to anyone coming for vacation!! Bev checked up on us frequently and provided everything we needed..
