Then welcome to our exceptional, Bermuda-style three level home in the exclusive Bermuda Bay private gated Ocean Side Village community located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Our 'Tommy Bahama' style, custom decorated vacation home will be the perfect home for your family vacation. Our 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home can sleep 15 people comfortably in beds and 2 pullout couches. Bermuda Bay is part of the private gated community of Oceanside Village. Bermuda Bay was a recent winner of the prestigious 'Parade Of Homes' by the Horry County Home Builders Association. This beautiful resort-style community is located just south of Myrtle Beach and minutes from Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawley's Island. We offer both weekly and long term rentals which include the use of our large personal golf cart and nearly a dozen bicycles. We have the perfect home for the 'snow-birds', offering a complete living area and full kitchen on the 1st floor of our home and another living area with a full kitchen on the 2nd floor of our home. These areas can be locked out and completely separate during the winter months for our long term snowbird renters.Off Season Rentals: Our monthly rental for the upper unit during the winter 2018 season is $1500.00. The lower unit is $1000.00 a month. |

Enjoyed our week so much with adult children and grandchildren. A beautiful house and felt right at home. Only disappointment - only had 1 golf cart (picture shows 2). Had to make multi-trips to beach. But we made it! Will definitely rent again in the future.

We stayed in this beautiful beach home for a week with two other families from our travel baseball team during a tournament at the Ripken Experience. Everyone in our group was very impressed with this home and it was a perfect fit for our needs. I should also point out that the owner Greg is wonderful to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and also let me know to feel free to call him if we needed any suggestions for dining or entertainment during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the Surfside Beach / Garden City area.
The house is supplied well from the kitchen to the beach gear and a golf cart to get to the beach. Loved it. Thanks Greg for all you assistance while we were there!
Our family loved this vacation.. house is even better then the pictures.. plenty of room for large families. Neighborhood very friendly.. saved us a lot of packing by including linens and towels! Golf cart and bikes were so convenient too. Greg was great to work with.. would love to go back again!!

There were a few miscommunications regarding cleaning, but overall we had a great time and would definitely come back. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with.
A group of my golfing buddies have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years now. We are from Upstate New York, near Watertown, NY. In the past we have typically created a Stay and Play package utilizing a hotel for lodging. This year we had 12 guys and decided to search around a little more for a good deal. We found this wonderful beach house which is located just minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Everything about our experience here was fantastic. Great location, clean, and so many amenities! It was actually our best vacation in some time. We love playing golf on the southern portion of Myrtle Beach. Our 6 courses were no farther than 20 minutes from the beach house. For golfers like myself and my friends...this was an excellent place to return to after golf and relax for awhile and then head out for dinner and some cocktails to round out the day. We have already booked our dates for our next golf vacation! Can't go wrong here! Thank you, Greg for your hospitality and professionalism.
