BEAUTIFUL 5 STAR LUXURY CONDO NOW RESERVING SPRING & SUMMER 2/2 bed bath

This has been, by far, the best place we have stayed at PCB. Ms. Barbara was awesome! I was impressed with how quickly she responded to my initial message, and she was quick to respond to all of my messages thereafter. Keyless entry was very convenient. We arrived to find that the condo is GORGOUS and very CLEAN! The kitchen was stocked with abundant utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. The gulf view is amazing from the master bedroom as well as the kitchen and family room! We were also impressed with the ease of getting from the beach to the room, the elevators were timely without crazy wait times that we have had at other condos. The balcony.... FABULOUS! It's huge... with a full sized dining table so you can enjoy meals beachfront! Did I mention the beautiful decor, comfortable beds, updated kitchen and baths? We were right at home here. We will be back!!! Thanks to Ms. Barbara for making our vacation so enjoyable; from planning to the day we had to leave this gorgeous place.

First time renters to this unit and will definitely return. Ms. Barbara was every bit as professional as prior reviews had stated. A gorgeous unit fully stocked. This building has the largest balconies likely on the beach with full sun all day.Very comfortable beds ,nice dining table and top line appliances. Building has excellent amenities ex. Pools, sauna, steam room, small gym, easy parking access. Thank you for making this holiday so memorable.

My wife and I just finished our two week stay in this Condo, and had a very comfortable stay, it seemed like home away from home! We travel to PCB about every six months and have stayed an many condos there, but this one was by far the best. It is very well decorated, the furniture is comfortable and the views are spectacular! The condo comes with all the appliances and amenities you could need. Barbara is super friendly and professional and made everything easy for us. If you can find an open place on the schedule, book this one! You won't be sorry!

This condo is beautiful and extremely clean!! It has everything you need. Very updated and modern. Barbara is great to work with. Will definitely stay here again. We had a great time!!

This unit has been the best place we have stayed in at Panama City Beach. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and sofas along with the large and sturdy dining room table and chairs. In addition, the kitchen was well equipped with top-end appliances and was stocked with everything needed to cook, bake or fry meals. It had a top-end washer and dryer and televisions in all rooms. Our home-away-from-home was so comfortable and enjoyable. To make our vacation experience less stressful and more enjoyable was how professional and caring Ms. Barbara was with her quick response to my initial request about the availability of the condo to the very end of our stay when we had a slight issue with the dishwasher. I contacted her about it and she responded immediately to my message and the issue was quickly resolved. I appreciated the keyless entry as well. Nothing compares to the beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom - simply amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at how large the balcony was and the quality of the patio table and chairs was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit and how centrally located it is to everything we enjoy doing - hanging out at the ocean, activities involving go-carts, miniature golf, etc.and shopping. We will certainly return to Panama City Beach and when we do, we will definitely return to this unit. Thank you Barbara and Todd for allowing us to stay in your unit and for making our vacation stay so enjoyable.

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was absolutely wonderful. The views from the large balcony are spectacular. Everything you would ever need on vacation is already in the condo. Everything is updated and comfortable. I love dealing and talking with Barbara, she is very nice and is quick in returning emails. I've stayed in many condos and this is absolutely our favorite and can't wait to return next year!

This condo is beautiful and Barbara is a pleasure to work with! We booked last minute, but despite that, Barbara was very understanding as all of the details were worked out. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views, emaculate, well maintained and very up to date. We loved the balcony access from both the living area and the master bedroom. Very ideal location relative to shopping, dining and other activities. Even though it rained some during our stay, we still had an amazing time. Looking forward to going back again and would definitely recommend this condo!

We have stayed in several units in Ocean Villa over the past several years and this unit by far was one of the nicest units. Owners are nice to work with and the communication was great. The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our visit. It took us a little bit to figure out the electronic lock and Barbara was so sweet when I had to call for directions on the lock. LOL The condo was super clean. The balconies at Ocean Villa are some of the biggest in PCB. Plenty of room with rocker type chairs and lounge chairs with a nice granite top table--where we had breakfast every day. Views are great--not too high up but far up to get a great view of the beach and gulf. I kept their contact information as we hope to rent from Barbara and Todd again. I would definitely recommend this unit!

My family of 5 had a great spring break stay. The condo was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The proximity to the beach was fantastic as we spent a lot of time going back and forth. The staff was constantly cleaning the pool areas and elevators and halls. They kept the facility in great shape all week. I can't think of a better experience if you are looking to make a trip to Panama City Beach.

Barbara was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful when we had any questions! The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated! I did feel that it was time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom... it was not very comfortable and it was misshapen at the head of the bed and curved downward. The kitchen was stocked well, but I feel that some of the utensils and bakeware could be upgraded. (The muffin tin was rusted and the plastic handle of a knife crumbled in my hand when I tried to cut an apple.) I know the kitchen things are very small and by no means effected our stay, but I thought I would leave that suggestion. Overall, I would recommend this condo to others! Great location!

Loved our recent stay!!! Barbara is such a nice person and explained all about the condo, down to fun things to do while we were there. Condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was such a beautiful week the weather was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear! We would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to return!

This unit was decorated very nicely and well maintained. Also very clean. The beach was beautiful and some of the whitest sands I have ever seen (I have been to almost all of the Caribbean islands). Communication with the owners was easy. Our family had a wonderful time.
