Sundial N302 (Largest Floorplan offered @ Sundial) 2BR + Den, 2 BA, Beach, Pool

A nice quiet place to stay for our first trip to Sanibel.

We really enjoyed our condo! The unit was spacious, clean and had a fantastic screened lanai! We looked forward to morning coffee on the lanai and loved the partial ocean view. Property owner was great to work with as was Royal Shell. Had an issue with black birds on the beach and especially at the pool. They would come in every afternoon and make quite a mess! Thus we never used the pool! The beach wasn't as clean as many we have visited so that was a tad disappointing!

Condo was amazing… clean, comfortable, great view, kitchen was well stocked, closet with beach chairs, shell bags, pool toys, owners thought of everything … less than a 2 min walk to beach… Baileys mini store was a plus.

very well appointed and perfectly located in the Sundial compound, the condo is within a 2 minute walk to the beach, the Bailey mini store, and the Sundial Resort reception area. The balcony provided great oceanfront views. We found all appliances, temperature control system, and internet connections easy to operate and very responsive. It really was a care free, luxurious vacation for us!

I loved our Sanibel Condo. It had almost everything needed. The only downside was having to pack a beach towel and when flying that takes up a good bit of your luggage. I understand why this has to be the case. Other than that the condo was great, it had everything needed, including beach chairs. It was clean, comfortable and updated. Hopefully we will return to this condo.

This was our first visit to Sanibel and we could not have been more pleased. Location was as described, the beach just minutes from our front door. We had many amenities including a Keurig and did not lack for any kitchen utensils, extra bedding or towels. We had excellent shelling during our visit. Ahead of our visit the condo owner provided a great list of things to do and recommended places to eat. This was very helpful. We would highly recommend this unit and location for families with children, as well as adults, as the building was generally very quiet.

I have stayed at many other Units at the Sundial since I was a child and this one is a keeper. I almost don't want to review it so only a handful can know the secret. The condo was clean and very spacious. We had 2 couples on the trip and there was plenty of space to spread out. The rental company that operated the unit was easy to deal with. I was skeptical of this at first, but had no problems. Even when the toilet flusher broke, they were there within a half hour to fix it. The beach and Unit pool are easy to walk to. They even have plenty of beach supplies so you don't need to buy any. Over all, it was perfect weather that makes for a perfect vacation. Thank you so much! As soon as we figure out dates for next year, I 'm sure we will be reserving here again!

We just spend two weeks in this condo, have been staying there for five years now. It is a clean, well-equipped and spacious unit. Also very convenient to the beach and pool. We had two children with us and they loved it. The view from the lanai of the gulf is beautiful and it is a nice, relaxing place to have lunch.

We just returned from spending 11 days at this condo- we've rented plenty around FL, but this just might be our favorite! The condo was very clean/updated and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The den that can be completely closed off was a huge plus. The condo had a great location, mins. to pool and beach, so perfect for running back and forth with kids. A well-stocked condo with plenty of extras (cooler for beach, sand chairs, toys, etc). Great location too for riding bikes! We can't wait to go back!
