Vista Cay is conveniently located within walking distance to the Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, Disney World 6 miles, Universal Studios 2 miles, Sea World 1 miles, Orlando International Airport 2 miles and downtown Orlando 10 miles. There are over 20 Golf Courses within 10 miles. Free parking is widely available. Golfing, restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, helicopter rides Wet and Wild, Gatorland and several exciting fun spot are all within driving and walking distance! Check in is 4:00 pm -- Check out is 10:30 am. No smoking and no pets are allowed in unit. Transportation, food (meals) and catering services available upon request at additional an charge. Please Note:- while we do leave starter supplies of toilet paper, and soap in the condo, you will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies of these items as well as detergent and soap powder as needed. Reviews
Had a great overall stay. Property was clean and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had before our stay. The ONLY thing that would have made the stay better would be if the noisy motor on the refrigerator gets fixed. It is a continuous almost high-pitched whirring that can even be heard behind closed bedroom doors. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay! We went to Universal for 2 days and used Uber and lyft to go back and forth to the parks. It was super easy and only 5 miles alway from Universal. I would stay here again. Pictures is a true representation of the condo. There is a Walgreens that is walking distance that had everything we need to make breakfast every morning. I would stay here again!
This condo was a great space for what we needed it for. It is not an easy find using a map app though. There was a Walgreens at the end of the street which was nice as we arrived on Christmas Day and needed to get some food and essentials for the next day. It is spacious we had 10 people 7 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen is not well stocked with cups etc. as we were searching to see if either of the couches were pull outs - there was all kinds of crumbs under the cushions - kind of gross. It has been kept up but is not it tip top shape.
Our host was great with communication. Instructions were pretty self explanatory, none problems there. We have 6 children so it was nice to be conveniently located near everything and see a lot of other families staying here who were all pretty friendly. Great layout inside uniy as well. Clean and comfy. Will be staying here again (hopefully sooner than later) and referring others.
Light ubove the counter and below the kithen cabnet must have a bad balast it would hum loud. The one room we had had a 8 number door code. I recommend a 4 number. besides that it was good.
This is a beautiful and excellent place to stay. It's very clean and nicely decorated and has a wonderful pool and game area. It's in a great location and very close to Universal Studios.
Had a absolutely fantastic time. We live I. The U.K. and I was worried how I would communicate with Mrs Jackson but she was very responsive and accommodating. Excellent service and great place in the central of Orlando. Will definitely be returning. Looking forward to another trip. Thank you once again.
The condo is very spacious and has a well stocked kitchen and linen closet. The carpet and walls had some staining and the ice maker didn’t dispense ice. I had to reach in and get it with my hands...not so sanitary. We loved the huge pool and hot tub. The poolside bar was very convenient. I was most impressed by how clean that area was as well as the fitness and pool bathrooms. Someone was always visible cleaning something. Our reason for staying was to go to Universal, and it was never more than a 10 minute drive.
Good unit Close to everything Penthouse!
The condo was clean it is like a home away from home and close to all the parks and shopping, not to mention the restaurants and night life. we were very happy with our stay at the resort.
This is an awesome Penthouse, my family enjoyed this spacious and beautiful apartment home. It is walking distance to Publix, restaurants, pharmacy and places to see and visit. We will be returning, Mrs. Jackson (the owner) was very attentive to our needs. Loved it.
