Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-12) Near the top of the mountain and numerous recreation facilities, a large contemporary awaits you and your vacationing family or group. Soak up the quiet as you watch the deer, wild turkey, raccoons and other wildlife from many tall windows inside. This Non-Smoking, Pet-Friendly home is fresh and inviting. The Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen are entirely open and awesome, with soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, TV with DVD, a CD/Radio, and lots of comfortable seating, even a rocking chair! In warm weather, there is a large, screened porch with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The floor plan encourages togetherness and sharing of special moments.Our Kitchen and adjacent laundry area are fully-equipped, with all the large and small appliances one could need. Just bring your groceries (and detergents and paper products, of course!) and LET THE FUN BEGIN! The first floor has a second Master Bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a second Queen bedroom, and lastly, a full bed in the other bedroom. The first floor bath is Hollywood-style, with two compartments, so that two guests can use it simultaneously. The Master Suite is on the upper, loft area and features a king-size bed, (also a toddler's bed), large skylight, a private balcony, and a large bath with two-person Jacuzzi surrounded by natural cedar, mirrors and a wooded view. There is also a separate shower, great after a brisk run in the mountain air. Blankets, pillows, linens, and comforters are provided. There is also a double futon and a sleep sofa in lower level family room.) The Lower Level is one very large Family Room with a pool table, a Foosball game table, TV with DVD, lots of comfortable seating, and room for card playing, games, etc. This is a great room for relaxing after an exhilarating day on the slopes, or hiking around the Poconos. My family and I had a great time in the home! The owner had an abundance of linens and kitchen tools for us to utilize. The home was very clean and warm particularly in the wintertime. We saw deer twice! The location is great, very close to skiing, an indoor pool and other amenities. Would book again! Thank you!
great holiday led
Our family was able to get together after a long while. We went swimming, hiking at PEEC, fishing at Big Brown Fish and Pay Lake, the youngsters visited pigs and monkeys at a nearby small animal zoo. We had plenty of space for parking. It was a great get together!
