Well appointed property! Comfortable stay. Owner is easy to get a hold off! And very responsive! Only items that I would point out are proximity to first street so light sleepers could have issues and creaking floor boards.
House is attractive and located central to all the Napa attractions. Kitchen and baths are nicely updated. Street is not too busy but even a single car creates loud noise in the house. If you are light sleepers choose another home.

We loved our stay, and the house. We also loved how accessible the house's location was too. It's walking distance from a nearby park and hiking trail, 10 mins from Downtown Napa, and close to the freeway up to the wineries. We highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.
The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable, updated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed. My only input would be the BBQ didn't work that well and the traffic was a little loud but that isn't anything you could change. The girls and I loved it and would definately come back!
Fabulous house. My family loved the stay and the layout of this property. We didn't want to leave!
