This house was historic and beautiful. Awesome grounds and gardens and in a perfect location for our occasion. ( Watching our nephew play in the AT
Our group of 5 was in town for the Monterey Bag Half Marathon and had a fantastic time. Plenty of space to stretch out, fully equipped kitchen that we made a lot of meals in, walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions, and the hot tub was perfect for after-run recovery. The owners and property manager made our stay completely easy - they were warm and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!
Very Roomy, Just like Home. We found everything you could possibly need in a Home. We were Blessed to find this Home o join for our Family Wedding. Only wish we could have stayed longer, like permanently ! Thank you so much!
My girlfriends and I stayed here 3 years ago and loved it, so we decided to come stay again for a few days. We had a great time! The house is very roomy but cozy, too. The location is perfect...close to Carmel and Monterey.
We had not stayed in this area before but needed a big house as our family and friends gathered for a wedding.none of us live in the USA and we didn’t know your systems.the house was great .A lovely old home full of every thing we needed-even a sewing kit. Great house for a lot of people. The booking, pre arrival communication with the owners and the greeting and departure process with the greeter were personalised and pleasant. She even disposed of the surplus wedding flowers we couldn’t take but couldn’t throw away. Really enjoyed our family get together at this location in Pacific Grove and your well stocked kitchen and pantry. We happen to love old houses and your remodeled MB shower, stained glass and nice lace curtains caught everyone attention. May need to rework some of the door hardware. Thanks, J
Great location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to lots of beautiful and interesting locations. Especially nice for summer travelers looking to get away from the heat! If you have a large group, be ready to share bathrooms. However we were, and enjoyed our stay immensely.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Victorian, and in addition to plenty of beds to sleep in and an easy-to-navigate kitchen, the cozy backyard setup worked great for the six of us. The fact that we were able to walk twice a day into downtown Pacific Grove and grab coffee at Bookworks or Cafe Ariana, breakfast at either Holly's or Toasties, and lunch at either Monarch Pub or Red House ... made our stay that much better.
This is our second visit to this property. We came back because it is comfortable and convenient, well managed and clean. Our group of seven adults and four children fit well in the spacious house and enjoy the outdoor spaces too. It is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance from many of our favorite PG places. We highly recommend it!
Perfect location and great family home. We had two babies and a total of 11 other family members over five days. The property was secure the house was spacious and flexible and perfect for our visit! We especially loved relaxing around the fire pit and. a wild night of card playing around the great dining room table!
