This was the best stay ever. She helped us our in a pinch, she got us booked the day before we were slaetd to arrive. The place is WAY WAY nicer than the pictures make it out to be. For the fifth consecutive winter, my husband and I spent 2 months renting this lovely property in the Del Mar Beach Club. With Jan's recent renovations which opened up the kitchen and dining room, the main living area was all very open and bright and included all new cabinets, flooring and appliances - all making our experience was even more wonderful. As usual, Jan was very accessible and responsive to any questions or minor problems and in our estimation is the best property owner one could hope for. And as usual, the condo unit is the most fully equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen items relative to any other unit we have rented. The Del Mar Beach Club itself is a great complex and we made great use of the many amenities including fitness room, pools, community view room and beach access for daily walks. We will be back and highly recommend this unit to other prospective renters.
Our family of 5 stayed here for 10 days. We had a wonderful time and I have to say out of the 6 years we have been renting beach condos, this has to be our favorite. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and other necessities for a very pleasant stay. Short walk to the stairs leading to the beach, not a problem for my young kids. The pool is super close too. Jan was great to work with and was always just a text away. We hope to be back!
Our family of 4 had a great time here. We had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. Lots of room to spread out. Super convenient to everything to.
I would recommend this condo to those who want to be right on the beach. It was just a staircase away. The condo itself had everything we needed to be able to fix meals and just relax. It also had beach chairs and boogie boards which my teenagers enjoyed. It is close enough to all the attractions so we were able to visit those when we weren't relaxing on the beach. You are right next to the "Doggie Beach" so if you don't like dogs you will need to walk up the beach just a little ways - we like dogs so it didn't bother us. Most owners respected those in the private area and would put them on their leash. We would stay here again if we travel back to the area.
