A short distance (10 miles ) to Michigan City's Blue Chip Casino and Lighthouse Premium Outlet Mall, for your shopping convenience. This is a charming and comfortable new 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths cottage. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and 3 rd bedroom (in the loft) has 2 twin size beds. The Kitchen has new s/s appliances and granite counter tops. Plenty of dishes, pots and silverware. Screened deck, gas log fireplace and a log burning fire pit on the deck are only few amenities to mention, linens, bath and beach towels are also supplied. |

Payment Policies
Deposit Requirements : $200.00 books and blocks your requested dates in the form of a refundable security deposit. This can be paid by preprinted personal check or zelle (chase pay) with proof of residency. Balance due 30 days before occupancy. List stay dates on all checks and purpose for payment such as "refundable security deposit" or "payment for cottage rental" Over 30 days all deposits are 100% refundable under 30 day 0% but all monies collected can be applied to future dates there are no punishment fees. House Rules : This cottage is for the usage of six guests and six guests only. Quiet time is after 10:00pm till 7:00 am. I am bound by condo association rules and subject to fines |

From the minute we walked in thru the front door we felt right at home. This charming home in New Buffalo has it all. Not only was it super clean but in immaculate shape. We couldn't have been happier! The house came equipped with everything one may possibly need. Super close to Barney's grocery store and "downtown" New Buffalo. The owners were super awesome to work with. Can't wait to come back to this beautiful home! Thank you so much Lucy & Brian, you were amazing!
This is the fourth year that we have stayed at this great house in New Buffalo. Brian And Lucy are great to work with and they communicate well. The house itself is clean, roomy, and filled with great additions such as bikes, beach passes, etc. Our favorite is the screened in back porch to hang out in late night. We love staying here and are looking forward to being back next year!
We had a great experience . This home is perfect for a fall getaway- so cozy, especially with the fireplace. We will definitely rent again.

This is the second consecutive year staying in this cabin with my sisters and sisters-in-law. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances (toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle iron, etc). It is clean, warmly decorated, and located within a healthy walk to downtown and the beach. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
The house was so comfortable and bright. The screened in porch was an added bonus. The location was close to everything.

We had a girlfriends get away and enjoyed the fireplace area one evening and the screened in porch another. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. It was nicely decorated and we liked looking at all there was to see..
My two sisters, two sisters-in-law and I spent a wonderful getaway here. The cottage was clean, very well appointed and stocked with everything imaginable. Though our stay was brief, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The quiet seclusion was a welcome and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed a walk into town, explored the quaint shops, spent a little time on the beach, and ate dinner at a local restaurant. I would have no hesitation with booking this cabin next year for our annual sisters' getaway.
This place was great! It had great attention to detail. We had everything we needed including a free beach pass! Easy to contact owners. They were very available. It was close to town and beach. We loved being secluded in the woods. It was beautiful. We will be back next year!!!
