We had a great 2 week stay. Mary Ann was very responsive to any questions. Location was great with easy access to center, restaurants & shops.
The owner's directions and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The property was clean and neat, and was within easy walking distance to the O'Keefe Museum and the Plaza. We enjoyed our brief stay, and would return the next time we're in town.
Manager was very attentive. Location great. Ant problem in bathrooms and kitchen. Mattress in master bedroom poor. Pricey for a 3 star.
Our casita D was quaint, quiet and cozy. Though the rooms and bathrooms were small, everything was well maintained and clean. It worked perfectly for 3 of us for a couple of days. An easy walk to the Plaza meant we could leave the car parked which we really appreciated.
We really enjoyed our home & love Sante Fe.
The property manager, Mary Ann, was so helpful. We lost power during a 1,000 year rain event, and Mary Ann moved us to a nearby casita with power to sleep in overnight. We were delighted with her and our stay!
Comfortable and cozy. Great location.
The best pro is the closeness to the Plaza and the Rail Yard shopping area. We had a very comfortable stay.
As described, this is a comfortable and cozy casita within walking distance to nearly every thing you'd want to visit in Santa Fe--the main Santa Fe Plaza, The Railyard arts district, museums, galleries, top resturants, and a fun wine tasting room for Gruet, a good New Mexico "champagne". The fireplace was wonderful since it snowed while we were there. We found Mary Anne to be very efficient and easy to work with during the reservation and check-in/check-out processes. I hope to return in the spring/summer season.
We have stayed at lots of homeaway places. This was one of our favorite ones -- so rustic, so Santa Fe! From the very beginning of the booking through the end, Mary Anne was wonderful. We even had some unfortunate travel delays, and Mary Anne was great about working with us, not to mention really empathetic to our situation. We stayed in Casita H -- 4 adults, 2 couples -- for a Santa Fe get away. This place was within walking distance to lots of great places. And, the fact that Casita H has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, was perfect for our situation. Would definitely stay here again!!!
