About the Property
This beautifully appointed, newly renovated, professionally decorated luxury home has wireless Internet, fully furnished kitchen, linens, and was built in 1900 and still has much of the charm of the era including the original staircase, woodwork and fireplaces. It has cable TV's in each bedroom as well as the big-screen TV in the living room, an eat-in kitchen nook that seats 6 as well as a formal dining room that seats an additional 6 guests. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms including a luxury king master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom. There is a second bathroom upstairs also. Downstairs there is a small bedroom off the side entrance that has a twin daybed and a full bathroom off it. The living room has a leather sofa that makes into queen bed. It has a DVD library, books and family games for your personal use. All the comforts of a 1900 sq ft home at the price of the average downtown hotel. The home also has its own private driveway for parking. It is located in a historic neighborhood currently in the process of being revitalized and restored. The home's location allows minutes access for business travelers or visitors to any of the local hospitals, businesses or UTC. You can enjoy all of the downtown and riverfront sites and activities quite easily. Owner Description:: Year Purchased: 2010 - I grew up in Chattanooga and really enjoy coming back home so it seemed logical that I should buy a house there. There's so much for all four of my children to do there and so much to see and the location is so awesome that i couldn't resist! |

| $199 per night Rate Per Night is $199/night (2 night minimum); Holidays minimum stay is longer depending on specific holiday...$125 nonrefundable cleaning fee per visit. Full payment is due at time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for 60 day notice, fee forfeiture for notice less than 60 day notice IN WRITING. Additional number of people beyond 11 will be charged a $20.00 per person additional charge. . $200 security deposit. NO SMOKING OR PETS!! This policy supercedes all other possible stated cancellation policies. |

We arrived at the house.. which is a bit in the hood but some houses are restored and some warn down obviously a up and coming neighborhood! The upstairs floor is uneven which is kinda scary.. Now that you know that .. i never felt unsafe from the neighborhood! The location was super close for a xl uber was a $10 ride downtown. When you walk into the house you will be plesently suprised house has been redone and is beautifully decorated! The owner/property manager was great to deal with as well as offered a basket of supplies in the bathrooms full of possibly forgotten items like ponytail holders .. hairspray..spray deodorant ... Qtips ext. which is super nice ! Not everyone does that ! Overall we all enjoyed our stay!
Great property for large group. Close to activities and restaurants. Children played in back yard. Would sleep 11 comfortable. Plenty of sitting room in living room. TV's in all bedrooms.
We absolutely love this place, very well maintained and located close to downtown. Jackie was very responsive to any request. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and attend our daughters wedding. Thanks Jackie for everything.
My husband and I were in Chattanooga for our nephews wedding with our grown children and their families. The house was perfect for us. Easy access to all we wanted to see and do. The master bedroom was very comfortable and spacious We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was very easy to work in. Love the ice maker
We loved our stay in this lovely home. The location was perfect for us since we attended our church assembly in the Chattanooga Convention Center. The home had all we could ask for and more. With 3 full baths no one had to wait for a shower and everyone said that their beds slept great. The small extras made us feel very welcome. There was even cold water in the fridge waiting for us. We cooked dinner and breakfast most days and had all we needed in pots and pans in the well equipped kitchen. There is even an historic site 2 houses away!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A nice, older home with lots of character and great decor! Very clean. Plenty of room for our family's sleeping arrangements, meal times, and lounging. Chattanooga tourist spots within easy driving distance.

The house is well stocked, very clean, and we LOVED all of the small inviting touches. I would recommend this property to anyone. There is a great convenience of being close to shopping and eating. We had lunch downtown with an awesome view and had ice cream at Clumpies at the bottom of the Incline Railway. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Many sweet memories made in this great home. We will absolulty stay again next time we are in Chattanooga! Loved this house!

House is great. Inside is beautiful, plenty of room, close to downtown Chattanooga. Neighborhood is very quiet.
The house was spacious, and decorated beautifully! Some of my family members were stealing ideas to take home to decorate there homes. I will stay there again and again! Loved it!
