We are on the corner of Sandyland Road and Ash Ave, just across the street from the Worlds Safest Beach, Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park ,and a convenient location for the Kayaking and Surfboard rentals, and if you want to catch the Seaside Shuttle into town. Our unit is just 'completely remodeled' so when you walk in the front door you feel like you are walking into a warm Beach Island retreat. It is a Beautiful 1 bedroom condo in quiet complex- Pergo floors, 42' Plasma T.V. with DVD player. A beautiful queen sofa sleeper. and a dinning room table that seats 4. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The Bedroom has a New cozy comforter, Queen Bed, where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves, a large closet with 5 beach chairs for your enjoyment at the beach, with a full size dresser and night stands. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Then out to the patio to sit and look at the stunning moutains, beautiful sunsets or just relax and have a glass of wine or a cold one:) It has a comfortable patio set that seats 4 with an umbrella , along with a gas Barbeque,2 Boogie boards and a Bike. All this just across from The Safest Beach in the World. With Lifeguards on duty Memorial Day thru Labor day! Where you can go play on the beach, Boogie Boarding, Body Surfing, Kayaks and Surfboards are available for rental,Swimming, Sunbathing, or just relax and read a book. The complex has his and her bathroom with showers. There is 2 Pools one for kids , along with a Jacuzzi. The complex has a laundry room with 3 washers and dryers that requrie change to use.There is easy access parking and also gated,covered parking. Close to beach, saltwater marsh, restaurants. Condo was well equipped and convenient.
This condo has it all.....cleanliness, comfort, very well-equipped, and mostly location, location , location! Steps from the beach and a magnificent mountain view thanks to it being a corner unit. Great trails right out your front door....to the harbor seals overlook and the salt marsh preserve. With Santa Barbara 15 minutes to the north, Rincon Point with surfers a short drive to the south, Pacific Coast Highway 1 with majestic views nearby, who could ask for more? We would definitely return.
Loved being able to walk from the train station and everywhere else we wanted to go in Carpinteria. We used the 2 cruiser bikes to ride to town for coffee and to visit friends camping at the state park. The beach access is just a short block from the front door of this condo and walking this beach is very interesting with the tar on the rocks. The salt marsh trails right across the street were fascinating and there were yellow crown herons, along with other birds. This rental is a great place to stay.
Perfect for a beach getaway ????
The condo is perfectly placed just steps to the beach and the restored salt marsh and ocean views from the patio. The cruiser bikes were wonderful. We biked everywhere! The kitchen is well stocked so we cooked some and ate out some. What a great time!
We loved staying in Carpinteria. The condo was in the perfect location with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Just a quick walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Would love to come back again!
Our stay was the best! Nice place . Outstanding location. Bikes were fun to use..... Would stay here again!
